Through the Employees Supporting Our Peers program, employees can nominate each other for special recognition. The winning employee receives a $500 gift card of their choosing, and the person who nominated them wins a $250 gift card of their choosing.
Each employee receives 16 hours of paid time off annually to volunteer, and the firm regularly organize group volunteer days. HEB donates up to $10,000 to a nonprofit at the end of the year with the team selecting the recipient.
HEB hosts a Summer Shindig featuring ATVing and ziplining as well as holiday parties with family-friendly activities and games.
