Live Well Be Well isn’t just the name of the company’s wellness program—its emblematic of the overall culture at CCA Global Partners.
But let’s start with that wellness piece. Live Well Be Well is an online wellness portal that offers monthly healthy habit contests and a range of wellness courses to employees and their spouses. The wellness program offers financial incentives of up to $650 annually for employees and up to $350
for spouses.
In addition to an onsite gym with showers available, CCA Global Partners provides free gym memberships and free yoga classes led by virtual trainers to its staff. That’s in addition to paying for 90% of health and dental insurance premiums for employees and fully covering vision insurance.
That focus on well being extends to balancing the demands of life and work. CCA Global Partners provides four to six weeks of paid time off. The company’s new parent leave policy gives primary caregivers, including those who adopt, 10 weeks of 100% paid leave and secondary caregivers four weeks of paid leave.
When an employee welcomes a new child into their family, CCA Global Partners sends them gifts. The company allows employees to flex their schedules as needed, and children and pets are welcomed at the office.
This is also a company with a culture of appreciation. Milestone anniversaries come with gift cards ranging in value from $500 at five years of service to $3,000 at 30 years of service.
Through its online Standing Ovation program, employees and managers can recognize great work with e-cards, shout outs and points toward prizes. Each month, employees receive 1,000 points, and managers (and above) receive 2,000 points to give away. In fact, CCA’s 440 employees and managers exchange over 10,000 e-cards annually.
Business NH Magazine named 27 businesses as the 2025 Best Companies to Work For in NH and inducted seven companies into the competition's Hall of Fame.
For 27 years, Business NH Magazine has recognized businesses that go out of their way to create engaging workplaces and understand that fulfilled employees are more productive.
A recent report from Gallup found employee engagement globally dropped in 2024—only the second time in the past 12 years. Engagement among managers took a big hit as they face new daunting challenges.
When your managers aren’t happy, your workforce isn’t too far behind. Finding ways to engage employees and developing cultures that meet these new challenges is imperative. Who better to turn to for answers than those with employees reporting high engagement? The September issue of Business NH Magazine celebrates delves into and celebrates the practices of this year’s Best Companies to Work For in New Hampshire,” says Executive Editor Matt Mowry.
