Mary Lynne Rahlson is retiring from Merrimack County Savings Bank (The Merrimack effective Nov. 17. Rahlson has been serving as senior VP, senior retail banking officer for the past five years since succeeding Linda Lorden, current president of The Merrimack. Rahlson has been with The Merrimack for 22 years, joining the team in 2001 as VP, retail banking administration. Rahlson has served on the board for Rotary Club of Concord and was involved with several local nonprofits including the Friendly Kitchen, Concord Coalition to End Homelessness, Friends Program and Merrimack County SPCA.

Compliance Risk, a Dover-based Governance-as-a-Service solution for MSPs provider, received a $3.5M investment from Bellini Capital and will be rebranding to Compliance Scorecard. Compliance Risk provides MSPs policies and procedures tailored to meet specific regulatory and industry compliance standards. The Bellini Capital investment will help the company expand its product roadmap to introduce additional risk-management and governance modules.

The Newburyport Bank Charitable Foundation donated $2,500 to Lamprey Health Care in Newmarket in support of their Roaring 20’s Speakeasy Fun-Raising Gala. This event will be held on October 19 at 6:30 p.m. at LaBelle Winery in Derry. All proceeds raised will help support Ann’s Fund, which is used to provide patient support services to ensure they are able to receive and get care, have safe accommodations, receive food, and are given health education for things like diabetes and high blood pressure by certified staff.
