Primary Bank in Bedford appointed Crystal Dionne as President and CEO. Dionne, who has more than 25 years of financial expertise, has been part of Primary's management team for eight years, most recently serving as executive vice president and CFO.
Dionne, A certified public accountant, also served in a senior management role in both state and municipal government for nearly 20 years prior, and also served as president of both the NH and New England finance associations. She is also president of the Bedford Rotary Club.

Her dedication to the Bank is a testament to her belief in the mission and vision of Primary Bank,” states Bill Greiner, chairman of the board of directors. “She is uniquely qualified to continue our exceptional work in supporting local businesses throughout New Hampshire as well as leading our team. We are thrilled to have her step in as our new President and CEO.”
She succeeds Greiner, who served asinterim CEO after William Stone, the founding president and CEO of Primary Bank, stepped down in Septemebr 2023. Stone led the bank for more than nine years.
