North Country Healthcare Names New Leaders

North Country Healthcare (NCH) made four leadership changes to reflect the organization’s evolution into a fully integrated health care delivery system.

Clare Fox, PT, CERT MDT, LBC, most recently manager of physical therapy at Androscoggin Valley Hospital (AVH), was promoted to director of performance improvement. LEAN-trained, Fox led a number of critical inter-departmental and inter-affiliate NCH initiatives.

Suzanne Landry, CPCO, MBA (pictured), and most recently the organization's corporate compliance and privacy director, and AVH senior director, medical staff office and risk management, was promoted to vice president, compliance/risk management. Landry has helped standardize medical staff practices and policy management system-wide.

Celeste Pitts, CHFP, MBA, most recently CFO of Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital and Weeks Medical Center, was promoted to vice president of finance. Pitts’ financial management has been vital during pandemic.

Finally, Kate Piña, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, and most recently human resources director and AVH human resources director, was promoted to chief HR officer. Since joining the organization in 2020, Piña has helped align human resources functionality across the system.
