Manchester Named a Top Place to Land a Job

The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) released its monthly jobs report. Despite the unemployment rate ticking up to 7.9 percent, hiring has been moving at a steady rate. While this is the case, millions of Americans are still trying to find jobs and don't know where to look.
