Diversity Workforce Coalition to Hold Annual Conference on March 7

The Diversity Workforce Coalition will hold its annual conference and DEI award ceremony on Thursday, March 7 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Southern NH University in Manchester.

The theme for the conference is “Ahead of the Curve: Navigating DEI in a rapidly evolving environment.”

The keynote speaker will be Betty Ng, founder and CEO of Inspiring Diversity LLC, who will speak about “Inclusive Networking to Foster Belonging and Navigate DEI-B.”

Breakout sessions will include:

• DEI Metrics – Gateway to a Successful DEI Initiative
• Using Micro-Learning to Energize Your DEI Learning Program
• Playing the Long Game: Maintaining Commitment to DEI
• Engaging with the LGBTQ+ Community in the Workplace”

The event will also feature a panel discussion with the finalists of the DEI Awards and the winner will be announced.
