CoreMedical Group continues to add to its Hall of Fame culture. Since 2021, the staffing firm rolled out a new incentive program, NectarHR, to reward employees at milestone anniversaries, for exceptional service or to provide fun employee challenges. The program awards points to employees that can be cashed in for gift cards to more than 200 vendors or for specific items and prizes. Rewards range from 1,000 points ($100) at the first anniversary up to 25,000 points ($2,500) at 10 years and every fifth anniversary afterwards.

Core also now offers employees access to Peanut Butter. Nope, not the elementary school staple but a student loan financial support tool that provides employees with resources on budgeting, refinancing and support for paying back student loans.

Since going hybrid, Core has implemented an equipment reimbursement policy of $200 for fully remote employees and $150 for hybrid employees. The company also reimburses employees for cell phone or home internet each month, up to $50 per month.

That is on top of its long-standing policies. New employees (who receive a Welcome Pack with a phone charger, lunch box, coffee mug, T-shirt and other Core gear) go through CoreUniversity, a four-week training program that helps determine their best placement within the company.

Employees receive eight hours of paid volunteer time annually, and Core donates up to $250 to each employee who participates in a charity event on their own time.

The biggest employee recognition program is the annual Club CoreMed vacation, a free six-day stay at an all-inclusive resort in such locales as Mexico, the Bahamas and the Dominican Republic.
