It is little wonder that a company committed to cancer treatments would prioritize the wellness of its employees. Employees can participate in the Vitality wellness platform and mobile app, which allows employees to earn points toward gift cards and other prizes for undertaking wellness activities, such as completing a biometric screening, engaging in mindfulness sessions, completing annual preventive care exams or receiving a vaccination.

Novocure also provides up to $500 in fitness and wellness reimbursements to help cover the costs of gym memberships, streaming fitness memberships, fitness/sports equipment, sports leagues, fitness trackers & watches, mindfulness mobile apps and weight management mobile apps. 

Novocure’s health insurance plans include infertility coverage up to $40,000, hormone therapy for transgender health, and a free mobile app to manage stress, anxiety and depression. Novocure also hosts onsite flu clinics. 

Employees can earn shares in the company, including being gifted shares when they join Novocure and earn more when annual company and personal goals are met. 

Novocure helps employees achieve a balance between work and home life. More than 75% of NH employees work remotely or on a hybrid work schedule.
