Bank Loans Help Homeowners with Energy Efficiency

Northeast Credit Union (NECU) in Portsmouth recently introduced EnergySmart loans, a low fixed-rate loan designed to help people purchase of energy efficient home improvement products and services that are environmentally friendly. The goal is to help its customers lower utility costs as winter approaches.
