The market research firm’s 5,100-square-foot renovated barn features 10 offices and four meeting spaces, and boasts 30-foot ceilings with a blend of rough-hewn wood and brushed steel fixtures.
The entry staircase and most of the office showcase oversize samples of the creative team’s work, as well as memorabilia from projects, including a snowboard and BMX bike from the ESPN XGames and a display of its experiential work for the Nike and Jordan brands. At the top of the wood slab staircase is The Loft, an onsite focus group facility and usability lab for the research TideWatch conducts. “One of our top priorities has been to create an environment that is unique, welcoming and is a truly special place to work every day. The reaction we hear most often when people walk in is ‘Wow! I want to work here!’ And, we love that,” says Ken Campel, the firm’s co-founder, who also designed the office interior.
