The Women’s Fund of New Hampshire and New Hampshire Women’s Initiative are planning to merge the two organizations by the end of 2014. With nearly 100 years of shared history, the united organization will be stronger in its shared mission: to promote opportunity and equality for women and girls through research, education, grant-making, and advocacy.
As part of this new chapter, Marianne Jones, executive director of the Women’s Fund, has decided to retire from her position. Jones had led the organization for 11 years. A president is being sought to run the newly merged organization. The deadline to apply is Monday, August 18, 2014.
