Nicole Forsyth (pictured here) has been appointed as the executive director of the Boys & Girls Club of Souhegan Valley. She recently served as managing director at Earth Rangers USA Foundation. Originally from NH, Nicole relocated to California and for 17 years she successfully led the nonprofit organization, RedRover, as president and CEO in Sacramento, CA. Under her leadership the company grew from $1.2 to $5.9 million.

Colliers, a commercial real estate services firm, promoted Brad Abel to partner in its NH office. Colliers has locations in Manchester and Portsmouth. Abel has been with the company since 2003 and served as VP of Colliers’ NH Real Estate Management Services Division.

Nobis Group, an engineering and science consulting firm in Concord, promoted Scott Harding, as VP of business development and Brett Kay as VP of operations and appointed him to the firm’s board of directors. Harding has more than 30 years of experience at Nobis. Kay has 20 years of experience in the engineering industry, four of which serving as director of civil engineering at Nobis.

Easterseals NH & VT, based in Manchester, appointed Jo Brown to the board of directors. Brown was most recently the mayor of Franklin. She has volunteered with several nonprofit and service organizations and has served on the Franklin Planning Board and the Franklin City Council.

Bangor Savings Bank and NH Businesses for Social Responsibility were named 2024 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Champions by the Diversity Workforce Coalition at the Coalition’s Workplace DEI awards and conference event. New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp and McLane MIddleton law firm were finalists for the award.

Triangle Credit Union’s Share ‘Cuz You Care Campaign donated a total of $2,000 to three local nonprofits:  The Upper Room in Derry ($500), Harbor Care in Nashua ($1,000); and Webster House in Manchester ($500).

St. Mary's Bank in Manchester hired Margie Henderson as a senior indirect business development officer. She has over three decades of experience dedicated to the indirect auto finance industry across various roles. She served as senior VP regional sales manager at Associated Bank in Green Bay, Wisconsin; an area sales manager at KeyBank in Buffalo, NY, and a regional sales manager at TD Bank in Portland, Maine.

’s section chief of pediatric dermatology Julianne A. Mann, MD was recently honored with a national award for her work in improving workflow in dermatological practice. Mann received the Innovations in Quality Improvement Award at the American Academy of Dermatology annual meeting in San Diego on March 9. The Innovations in Quality Improvement Award recognizes dermatologists who are leaders in innovative quality improvement efforts in dermatology. Mann presented her study, “Decreasing After-Hours Charting through Coaching and Workflow Redesign: A Quality Improvement Intervention for Physician Wellbeing,” at the Academy’s annual meeting.
