Harbor Care was awarded a $10,000 grant by Northeast Delta Dental Foundation (NEDD) in support of dental services for low-income and homeless families. Harbor Care Dental Services, a component of the Harbor Care Health and Wellness Center in downtown Nashua, offers a range of services, from cleanings and fillings to crowns, extractions, and dentures, for both adults and children.

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover was awarded an “A” grade for safety Wednesday by the Leapfrog Group, a national nonprofit watchdog organization. The Leapfrog Group assigns letter grades, ranging from “A” to “F”, to general hospitals throughout the United States. The grades are based on over 30 national performance measures reflecting errors, accidents, injuries, and infections, as well as systems hospitals have in place to prevent harm.
