The NH Fiscal Policy Institute in Concord named Gene Martin as executive director after a national search. Martin recently served in a dual role as associate director of development and director of government relations at Plymouth State University. He replaces AnnMarie French, who stepped down as executive director after nearly nine years with the institute.

Dartmouth Health CEO and President Joanne M. Conroy, MD, has been recognized by Modern Healthcare, a leading industry publication, as one of the 2022 100 Most Influential People in Healthcare. Conroy is ranked #18 on the annual list. This is the second time Conroy has been recognized with this distinction.

Michael J. Rafferty, senior VP and senior relationship manager is retiring from NHTrust in Concordon Dec. 31 after more than 30  years in the wealth management field. Mike was a co-founder of The New Hampshire Trust Company in Keene in 2002 and joined the newly organized NHTrust organization when NHTrust acquired The New Hampshire Trust Company in 2020.

Jennifer Minicucci has been named as the new executive director of Arts In Reach in Portsmouth. After early stints in corporate public relations at Ogilvy, Adams & Rinehart in Washington, DC and Cone Communications in Boston, Mass., Minicucci transitioned to development and strategic planning for cultural and educational nonprofits, including the Currier Museum of Art in Manchester and Portsmouth Music and Arts Center (PMAC). She then began a consulting practice.

Kelli D’Amore , a principal at Nathan Wechsler & Company in Concord was awarded the 2022 Spirit of Goodwill Award by Goodwill Industries of Northern New England. D'Amore is former board chair of Goodwill Industries of Northern New England and served on the organization’s board of directors for over nine years.

Right Networks in Hudson, a vertical cloud service provider for accounting firms and professionals, entered into a new partnership with SmartVault, a firm that provides document management and secure file sharing for the accounting profession.

Elliot 1-Day Surgery in Manchester is the first Ambulatory Surgery Center in NH to offer robotic-assisted surgery with a da Vinci surgical robot. The technology will be used for general, gynecological, and urological procedures, and it is in addition to their current total joint MAKO robotic system.

Northeast Credit Union in Portsmouth appointed Neil Gordon as Senior VP and CFO after a nationwide search. He also serves as a board member and treasurer for the Shawn Thornton Foundation in Boston.
