Devine Millimet, a regional business and litigation law firm headquartered in Manchester, hired Tabitha Croscut as a shareholder and chair of the firm’s employee stock ownership plans (ESOP) team. Croscut, who has nearly 15 years of experience, helps companies structure and implement ESOP transition plans and advises internal and external trustees regarding the acquisition of shares and their fiduciary responsibilities as trustees. Her current clients include large and small ESOP companies like Harpoon Brewery in Massachusetts and Gardner’s Supply in Vermont.

Bank of NH, based in Laconia, donated $3,000 to Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester to help fund the hospital’s childhood literacy program.

The Boys & Girls Club of Manchester partnered with Virtudent to provide onsite dental care to its members. Funding for this program was provided by Northeast Delta Dental in Concord.  The program will extend to the greater Concord area through the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central NH later this year.

CC1 Inc. in Portsmouth, a digital register control manufacturer, hired Bryan Begley as sales engineer. He has experience in capital equipment sales with several other related manufacturers.

Exeter Hospital received $2,500 from Bank of NH in Laconia to provide financial assistance to local oncology patients while they undergo cancer treatment.

NH Food Bank received $2,303 and 3,289 pounds of food from Price Chopper and Market 32’s 2016 Check Out Hunger campaign. The fundraiser collected $34,000 and more than 28 tons of food for food banks and pantries across the Northeast.

Palmer and Sicard in Exeter, and employee-owned mechanical contracting company, donated $2,240 of employee donations to the Richie McFarland Children’s Center in Stratham.

Paragon Digital Marketing in Keene received matching funds for workforce development through NH’s Job Training Fund. The company’s web development team will receive Drupal 8 website development training, while its digital Marketing team will take a five-month leadership and skills training course developed by Google.

Primary Bank in Bedford promoted Crystal Dionne to controller/assistant treasurer. In this role, Dionne is responsible for all finance and corporate treasury operations at the bank.

Worthen Industries Inc. received ISO 14001:2015 certification at its two Nashua manufacturing facilities. This certification by NQA-USA, an international registrar, indicates the company’s formal Environmental Management System manages compliance obligations as well as the company’s sustainability initiatives.
