This Week's Spotlight: Brady Sullivan Properties in Manchester brokered five new tenant agreements at Colony Mill Marketplace and Center at Colony Mill. Curry Restaurant, Southern NH Services, a community action program that provides assistance to low-income individuals; and Bruce Carey Insurance opened at Colony Mill. Adecco Employment Services and Prospect Place, an assisted living home, opened at the Center at Colony Mill.

Bank of New Hampshire promoted Thomas Galante to assistant VP and  financial consultant; Jared Price to assistant VP and loan operations manager; and Michele Thomas to assistant VP and office manager in the Hillsborough office. Price is also treasurer of Central NH VNA and Hospice in Laconia, a nonprofit provider of home care and hospice services.

Catholic Medical Center in Manchester appointed six new members to its board of directors: Robert A. Catania, a general surgeon at CMC; Carolyn Claussen, a family physician at CMC’s Willowbend Family Practice in Bedford; Jeannette Davila, executive VP and head of corporate services at Fedcap, a nonprofit for helping disadvantaged people become financially independent headquartered in New York; Pamela Diamantis, partner at Curbstone Financial Management Corp. in Manchester; Thomas J. Kleeman, founder of the New Hampshire Spine Institute  in Bedford; and Donald St. Germain, chief lending officer at St. Mary’s Bank headquartered in Manchester.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Center Harbor hired Bruno Coppola as a broker associate. Coppola, who’s been a real estate agent in the Lakes Region for 9 years, is a member of the Lakes Region Board of Realtors in Laconia and NH Association of Realtors in Concord.

The Granite YMCA in Manchester launched a new radio show called “Healthy Connections,” which includes interviews with area health and wellness experts. The program will air each week on WMNH (95.3) or online.

Great Bay Community College in Portsmouth and the University of New Hampshire at Manchester partnered to create a biotechnology degree pathway. After completing a two-year associate degree at Great Bay, students can transfer to the four-year program at UNH’s campus in Manchester to continue their education.

Howe, Riley & Howe, an accounting firm with offices in Portsmouth and Manchester, hired Joshua Godbout as a staff accountant to its Manchester office.

NewDay Solutions in Hampton, an independent financial advisory firm, affiliated with the Investment Advisors Division of Raymond James Financial, Inc., a financial services company headquartered in Florida. NewDay was previously affiliated with Ameriprise Financial Services, which is headquartered in Minnesota.

Hellenic American University in Manchester received conditional approval from the NH State Board of Education in Concord to offer a Professional Education Preparation Program (PEPP) in English for Speakers of Other languages as part of its Masters in Applied Linguistics (MAAL) degree. The PEPP program enables mainstream teachers in the US to specialize in teaching classes for English Learners in NH as well as in other states which recognize NH teaching credentials.

The NH Liquor Commission (NHLC) in Concord promoted Lisa Gosselin to wine marketing and sales specialist. She succeeds Nicole Brassard Jordan, who was promoted to NHLC director of marketing, merchandising and warehousing last month. Gosselin has 21 years of experience with NHLC.

Tina Kasim, program manager for the Office of International Commerce in Concord, will participate in one of the panel discussions at the Regional Aerospace and Defense Exchange New England Defense Summit in Connecticut. The regional conference, which will take place from April 14-15, covers industry insight and trends.
