Colby-Sawyer College in New London signed an agreement with White Mountains Community College (WMCC) in Berlin to allow WMCC graduates the opportunity to transfer into a bachelor degree program at Colby-Sawyer with a minimum guaranteed $18,000 annual scholarship.
