The Atom Group, a Web development agency in Portsmouth, announced that Tom Herer was appointed CEO of the firm. Herer has been co-owner and managing partner since its inception in 2007, and he has been part of the company's leadership team for the past six years. Co-owner Adam Vicinus is leaving the agency to pursue other interests, but will remain involved in The Atom Group by serving as chairman of the company's board.
