Sulloway & Hollis, NH's oldest law firm at 164 year old, recently acquired Zizik, P.C., joining a legal trend to become a regional law firm with offices in Concord and Gorham, NH; Boston, Canton and Hyannis, Mass.; Providence, RI; and Portland, Maine.
Joining Sulloway & Hollis as of June 1 through the acquisition are Attorney David W. Zizik and his team at Zizik Professional Corporation, including Attorneys Kevin Cain and Matthew DiMario and Paralegal Darlene Burke. Zizik Professional Corporation is a civil defense trial law firm. The firm has received the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, and is listed in Best’s Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys. Attorneys Zizik, Cain and DiMario appear in all state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Zizik is an insurance coverage, bad faith and defense trial attorney who has represented a wide variety of clients in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and the Northern New England region for more than 35 years. He has also held numerous leadership positions in national legal industry associations. Cain focuses on general civil litigation and has represented Fortune 500 companies, private companies of all sizes, large insurance companies and major Massachusetts law firms in a wide variety of litigation for more than 28 years.
