The former chancellor of the University System of NH already has a proven track record of bringing the right people on board to push forward a big project. His 55% Initiative to retain 55 percent of NH's college graduates in the state to work not only attracted the support of heavy hitters like Fidelity Investments, but spawned a Governor's Task Force on Young Worker Retention and the creation of Stay Work Play NH (of which he is an incorporator). He now leads Leadership NH, reinvigorating the program, and helping to shape the next generation of leaders in the state.
