Startup Sets New Rules for House Shoppers

Most things you buy come with a return policy, some more lenient than others. Housing is one of the few things that takes a bit of a leap of faith. Even if you love the house, building flaws or unruly neighbors soon become a turnoff with no exit possibility. Until now, that is.  A California start up called Opendoor lets you return the keys for a full refund within 30 days according to Inc. magazine.
