SNHU to Launch Online MBA in Engineering Management

Published Thursday Apr 28, 2016

With engineers in high demand, Southern NH University (SNHU) in Manchester is partnering with Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in Massachusetts to launch an online MBA in engineering management starting this fall.

SNHU has more than 60,000 online students, both graduates and undergraduates. The new online MBA will include business courses taught by SNHU faculty and engineering classes developed and taught by faculty from WPI, known nationally for its engineering programs. Coursework will introduce students to different engineering disciplines and business concepts. The 12-course program costs $22,572 and includes four engineering courses.

The partnership is similar to ones SNHU has set up with other specialty schools and businesses for its online degrees. SNHU also offers a MBA in music that is taught online in conjunction with the Berklee School of Music in Boston and a bachelor’s degree in database administration with an Oracle concentration that is taught in conjunction with Oracle.
