SmartATI Secures $3 Million in New Contracts

This year has been a year of continued growth for SmartATI of Rochester, a woman-led firm that was named by Business NH Magazine in 2013 as the fastest growing women-led business in the state.

From May 2014 to September 2014, SmartATI won over $3 million dollars in new government contracts. The company provides construction services and information technology services for about a dozen federal agencies. Contracts worth note including two contracts at Hanscom Air Force Base in Mass. totaling $1.3 million dollars to design build an accessible playground and to make exterior building renovations and window replacements. For the US Army Corps of Engineers, SmartATI is providing interior renovations valued at $1.2 million and finishing a $1.3 million HVAC project in Hanover at the Cold Regions Research Engineering Lab. The company is tasked with electrical work including the installation of a new generator at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard for the US Navy, and Installing a Highly Tech Security System at an Army Base in Mass.  Their information technology division is gearing up to begin a five-year contract for the US Immigration Services to assist the agency to make their electronic documents and website more accessible for people with disabilities.  
 
The company employees 10 local employees and a half dozen contracted employees in several regions of the US.
