Settlers Green in North Conway is building Settlers Green Streetside, a $15 million expansion that will increase the outdoor outlet mall to a  total of 300,000 square feet and an expected $115 million in annual sales. The Streetside development will have 10 new stores,  all but two of which have signed leases.

The buildings will feature a variety of materials including brick, stucco, clapboard and lots of glass. Each tenant space will have a slightly different façade that is reminiscent of a traditional New England look, but with modern accoutrements. The entrance to the center, and the inspiration for the “Streetside” label, features a boulevard from Route 16 to Streetside Drive that will lead into the center and feature storefront parking along both sides. Streetside Drive will  connect directly with Common Court at Settlers Green Outlet Village.

First opened in 1988, Settlers Green Outlet Village is managed by OVP Management Inc., a Massachusetts-based real estate development company.

Long-time Project Manager Roger Williams will oversee the construction of the new buildings and is working closely with the Cambridge-based architectural firm of Prellwitz and Chilinski Associates Inc. Local contractors include Gordon T. Burke and Sons in North Conway and Intervale, AJ. Coleman Company in Conway, DW Electric in North Conway and White Mountain Survey in Ossippee.
