SBDC Hires New Regional Manager for Monadnock Area

The New Hampshire Small Business Development Center (NH SBDC), an outreach program of the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire and the U.S. Small Business Administration, announced the hire of Nancy DuBosque as its Keene regional manager.

DuBosque is former executive director of the NH Rural Development Council. In her new role, she will be located in Blake House at Keene State College and can be reached at 603-358-2602 and nancy.dubosque@keene.edu. She will also meet with business owners at locations throughout the Monadnock region.

DuBosque has served the northern New England small business community for more than 20 years as a lender, consultant, regional planner and teacher. Her industry sector experience ranges from small scale agriculture and light manufacturing to tourism, service and retail. She will assist business owners with business feasibility and start up challenges, business planning, cash flow management, marketing, commercial real estate, and B2B networking, among other topics.

As developer and manager of the Venture Center Small Business Incubator in Greenfield, Mass., DuBosque coordinated federally funded community business loan programs and regional entrepreneurship and job development training initiatives. She helped to lead revitalization of several communities and regions as a regional economic and community development planner, including New Hampshire’s North Country. DuBosque holds her M.Ed. in administration and management from Cambridge College.
