Although entrepreneurial couple, Peter & Rebecca Beauchemin, understood the potential challenges of rebranding and opening a company during a global pandemic, they sensed an opportunity to impact the Southern New Hampshire real estate market by introducing Realty ONE Group, the industry’s fastest growing franchise.
Their calculated gamble would pay off quickly, with their brokerage adding three satellite offices and more than doubling its agent count from seventeen in September 2020, to forty-nine by April 2022. Now in May, ROG Next Level has reached a new milestone, officially signing their fiftieth agent.
When asked to what he attributes the rapid growth of his franchise, Peter Beauchemin heaps praise on Realty ONE Group’s industry disrupting model as a key catalyst. “I owe a lot of credit [for the success] to the support and resources I get from Realty ONE Group corporate. The company sells itself- they have created a very low cost, high value, agent centric business model.”
Beauchemin is also quick to acknowledge the role his team has played in ROG Next Level’s success as well. “We owe everything to our existing agents,” he says. “The majority of our new recruits are referrals from our existing sales force. They are so happy and satisfied since the switch to Realty ONE Group that they proactively spread the word, and new agents see the success they’re having and come on board without any hesitation.”
With headquarters in Bedford and satellite offices in Portsmouth, Concord and Nashua, Realty One Group: Next Level is serving homebuyers and sellers across New Hampshire. Additionally, they are now fully licensed in Massachusetts and Maine.
When asked how soon he expects to reach 100 full-time agents, Peter Beauchemin laughs and says “We are just excited that the firm is attracting so much talent, but with the elite support we get from Realty ONE Group as well as the incredible team surrounding us, the sky is really the limit in terms of growth.”
