Nashua Chamber Announces New President

The Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce board of directors announced today that longtime Nashua resident, Tracy Hatch, will serve as the Chamber's next president and chief executive officer. She will be responsible for the executive leadership, overall management, strategic direction, program development, marketing and member development. Hatch's strong political background will enable her to continue the Chamber's long and respected history of political leadership in the region and across the state.   

Hatch brings extensive experience in community engagement, business and membership development, and political leadership to the position. She recently worked as product manager for WhippleHill, a division of Blackbaud in Bedford, where she was responsible for the redesign and development of onCore, the central foundation of the WhippleHill onSuite of software products for K-12 private schools. Prior to WhippleHill, Hatch worked as the business development officer at The Nashua Bank. She was responsible for attracting new business, expanding corporate relationships, community outreach, development of networking programs, and developed the bank's branding and marketing strategy.
 
Hatch has a long and vibrant history of working with area non-profit agencies. From 2006 to 2011 Hatch served as director of membership for the Nashua Chamber. From 2004 to 2006, Hatch worked as for The YMCA of Greater Nashua where she grew donations 10 percent and grant revenues from $80,000 to $152,000 over two years. Other experience includes roles at Daniel Webster College,  The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Nashua, and at The Rotary Club of Nashua.
 
In addition to private and non-profit work, Hatch has extensive experience in the political field. From 1985-1991, she worked in various roles including: Legislative Liaison for Education for the office of Governor Edward DiPrete in Rhode Island, Special Assistant for Education for the office of Governor John Sununu in New Hampshire, Legislative Liaison/Special Assistant for Education for the Office of Governor Judd Gregg in NH, and Legislative Lead for Job Training Programs for the Committee on Education and Labor, U.S. House of Representatives. Hatch also served on Nashua's Board of Aldermen in the early 1990's representing Ward 2, and ran for Mayor of the city in 1995.
