The deadline is fast approaching for Business NH Magazine's fourth annual Lean & Green Awards, which celebrate exemplary environmental practices undertaken by NH companies to be not only environmentally sound, but also cost efficient. Winners will be featured in the August 2011 Green Guide, appearing in the August issue.
A celebration of the winners will also take place in September.
The deadline for applying is April 22. Awards will be given to a Green Building and a Green Product or Service. Green Process awards will be given in four categories: microcompanies (businesses with under 10 employees), small companies (businesses with up to 50 employees), medium companies (businesses with between 51 to 125 employees) and large companies (businesses with more than 126 employees).
Business NH Magazine is also looking for the top revenue generators in the state as well as companies growing fast. If that sounds like your business, apply for our annual list of the Top 100 Private Companies in NH.
The Private 100 and the 10 Companies to Watch will be featured in the September issue, but the deadline for submitting a survey is June 10.
Business NH Magazine and Stay, Work Play NH are accepting applications for the second annual Rising Stars Awards. Awards will be given in four categories:
The Coolest NH Companies for Young Professionals recognizes a small, a medium-sized and a large company that create outstanding workplaces with innovative programs to attract and retain young professionals. The Young Professional of the Year award honors an outstanding professional 40 years old or younger.
The Young Professionals Network Program of the Year honors an innovative program developed by a young professional group.
The Stay, Work, Play Leadership Award will go to an individual, organization, initiative or program in NH that significantly supports the recruitment and retention of young professionals in the state.
Applications for the Rising Stars Awards are due by July 29. Winners will be featured in the Young Professionals Guide in the November issue and feted at an awards ceremony in November.
