Keeping the Holidays Productive and Jolly

For many, the holiday season is a crazy-busy time of year in the workplace – regardless of your profession or industry. While some workers can be distracted by year-end festivities, 32 percent of employees actually are more productive the week before a major holiday, an Accountemps survey found.

Conversely, only 20 percent of workers said they were less productive the week prior to a major holiday – and productivity tends to be at its worst from 4 to 6 p.m.
