How to Survive on Less Sleep

Seven to eight hours.

That is how much sleep adults need to perform at an optimum level, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The problem is few adults get this amount, whether it is due to children, working late, watching TV, insomnia or a long commute. So while there is no magic bullet, Inc. Magazine columnist Bill Murphy Jr. has some advice--and yes it does include caffeine.
