From Corpse to Compost

Death is not always the end. If you are an organ donor, your death can help someone else live. Architect Katrina Spade is creating what she calls the Urban Death Project, a "recomposition center" that turns bodies into compost and offers families an eco-friendly way to honor their loved ones.
