Stebbins Commercial Properties recently completed the sale of the 16,128-square-foot building (formerly known as St. George’s Church) at 516 Pine Street, Manchester to the Palace Theatre Trust on 80 Hanover Street, Manchester.
Stebbins represented the buyer and Travis Warner of the Bean Group represented the seller in this transaction. According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $470,000.
Stebbins also completed the sale of an 11,152-square-foot building at 185 South Main Street in Newton, from SPE Real Estate, LLC of Newton, to T&L, LLC of 1780 Osgood Street in North Andover, Mass. Stebbins represented the seller and Larry Marocco of Mico Properties, represented the buyer. The According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $700,000.
According to a statement, Stebbins also leased a 10,400-square-foot building at 4 Cote Lane in Bedford, NH to Fuel Lighting Systems of Manchester; a 4,800-square-foot building at 7 Perimeter Road in Manchester, from Pine Valley Mill LLC to Mitch Rosen both of Manchester.
