Dyn Names Colin Doherty as New CEO

Dyn, an internet performance management company in Manchester, appointed of Colin Doherty as CEO. With more than 25 years of industry experience in enterprise cloud, software-defined networking and security technologies, Doherty joins the company after 10 years of holding CEO positions at BTI Systems, a software-defined networking company, and Arbor Networks, a DDoS and Security solutions provider in Massachusetts.

Today, every business is an internet business and poor performance has a direct impact on the bottom line. Dyn’s impressive technology has the capabilities to provide unique insights and optimize internet performance.”

This is the latest of big announcements from Dyn in recent months. In May, Dyn, secured $50 million in Series B equity funding from Pamplona Capital Management, a private equity firm, enabling accelerated product development. Dyn also announced in May the public launch of its new platform aimed at solving challenges associated with operating critical business applications and infrastructure in the cloud.

Dyn’s platform monitors, controls and optimizes applications and infrastructure through data, analytics, and traffic sSteering to ensure traffic gets delivered. Dyn was named the High-Tech Business of the Year for 2016 by Business NH Magazine and the NH Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives.
