Digital Marketing Agency SilverTech Acquires Technology Firm

SilverTech, a 50-person national digital marketing agency with headquarters in Manchester has acquired Poised Solutions, a technology company, also in NH. The move to acquire Poised Solutions comes as SilverTech extends the depth of marketing and technology integration services it provides to clients in health care, financial services, retail, professional services, and utilities industries.
 
“The line between marketing and technology is increasingly becoming blurred. You really can’t have one today without the other. The exchange and transfer of data and information seamlessly from one system or platform to another plays a key role in user experience and business productivity,” said John Gilbert, SilverTech's CEO. “This acquisition allows us to instantly extend our service line, providing additional value to clients and further setting the agency apart from the more limited services traditional marketing firms can offer.”

Other strategic moves by this fast-growing agency include the promotion of Jeff McPherson to chief digital officer; Eric Esposito to director of research and development; Paul St. Amand Jr. to director of technology and quality assurance; Erin Presseau to director of strategic services and Tessa Munson to chief financial officer.
 
“We’ve been watching SilverTech for quite some time and were impressed by their vision to connect the dots between front line and back office,” said Poised Solutions founder Steve Baines. “We haven’t seen many other agencies attack today’s challenges this holistically.” With the acquisition, Steve Baines joins SilverTech as COO and Lisa Millette joins as director of project management.
