Deadline Looms for Best Companies to Work For Competition

The deadline for applying for the Best Companies to Work For competition is drawing near! While the overall deadline for the competition is May 20, it is recommended the first part of the two-part application process, the employer survey, be completed by end of April. This will give plenty of time for employees to complete the second part, which is participating in the employee engagement survey, due by May 20. 
There is still plenty of time to complete both sections and we hope that you will consider applying again this year, which will allow you to track the progress of employee engagement.
 
Why should you apply? Here are five solid reasons:

1. Win New Employees in a Tight Labor Market. Unemployment in NH is low and finding the right employee for open positions is becoming tougher. Being recognized as a Best Company to Work For will have quality candidates seeking you out.

2. Find Out What Employees are Really Thinking. The anonymous employee engagement survey must be completed by half your workforce. Whether you win or lose, you will get a report providing valuable feedback about what employees really think about the company's culture.
