Concord Regional VNA has new CEO

The Concord Regional VNA Board of Trustees announced that Beth J. Slepian,  VP of education and clinical compliance, has been selected to succeed Mary DeVeau as president and CEO. Slepian begins as President/CEO on December 20th. DeVeau led the agency for 18 years.

“Our Board voted unanimously to approve the Search Committee’s recommendation to offer the position to Beth,” said Marianne Fleischman, MD, Concord Regional VNA Board and Search Committee Chair. “She brings nearly 30 years of healthcare experience and has demonstrated her skills and leadership at Concord Regional VNA and in previous positions. We are absolutely thrilled to name Beth the new President/CEO of Concord Regional VNA.”

Slepian has been Vice President of Education and Clinical Compliance at the agency since 2013. In that role, she led the development and implementation of many quality improvement initiatives and improvements including the transitional care nursing program for patients with complex care needs and the behavioral health program that helps improve care of home care patients with mental health needs. She has also been active in the community and serves on the NH Stroke Collaborative, NH Falls Risk Task Force, and the Home Care Association of NH’s Education and Legislative Committees.

Previously, Slepian was the Administrator at Northeast Rehab Home Care in Salem. Her responsibilities included operations management, supervision of clinical and support staff,  corporate compliance, quality assessment activities and program evaluation, and strategic planning development. She spent 19 years in Home Care management and patient care at Northeast Rehab Home Care.
