Coldwell Banker Ranks Towns by Housing Affordability

 A real estate report by Coldwell Banker Home Listing Report ranked the affordability of the top 20 real estate markets in the Granite State and nationally and found that Hollis was priciest at an average home price of $365,246 and Claremont was a good deal at $174,107. The average listing price of a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is $365,246.
