Business NH Magazine names Brian Hooper of MSI Mechanical Systems, Inc. in Salem 2013 Business Leader of the Year. Hooper is being honored for his dedication to programs that provide essential skills to younger workers in the state's construction trade as well as for his extensive contributions to the community.

A screening committee made up of members of the NH Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives had the difficult task of paring the remarkable field of applicants to three semifinalists in each category. From there, a Panel of Excellence, consisting of executives from the 2012 Business of the Year award winning businesses selected this year's recipients after careful consideration and great debate.
Awards will be presented at a special luncheon on Wednesday, May 30, 2013, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel at the Center of NH in Manchester. The event is sponsored by Citizens Bank, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Fidelity Investments and Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green. Tickets for the luncheon are $55 per person or $440 for a table of eight. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the NHACCE scholarship fund.
