Baker Newman Noyes and William Steele & Associates To Join Forces

Baker Newman Noyes (BNN) announced that William Steele & Associates, P.C. (WSA), a Manchester-based tax accounting firm, will join its practice on January 1, 2015. At that time, employees of WSA will relocate to BNN's Mancheste office.

“WSA has built a reputation for providing outstanding service to clients and that is what BNN is all about,” said Ellie Baker, BNN managing principal. “This move adds experienced colleagues to our highly regarded and thriving tax practice, providing our clients with even greater access to talent and resources. All around, this is an exciting next step in our growth plan.” For 30 years, WSA has been serving the diverse needs of clients throughout New England as well as New York, New Jersey, California, and Florida. They also serve international clients in Canada, Japan, and other regions.

WSA founder William G. Steele, Jr., who will become a tax principal of BNN along with current WSA partner Thomas W.
