Jeff Sessions, CEO, Red River

Red River, a technology company based in Claremont, appointed Jeff Sessions as the company’s new CEO, effective immediately. As CEO, Sessions succeeds Rick Bolduc, who will remain with Red River as executive chairman of the board of directors.

“Jeff has been absolutely crucial in our growth and profitability over the last 10 years. He’s an exceptional leader and strategist, passionate about our mission, committed to our values and knows how to grow a successful business,” says Bolduc. “As executive chair of the board of directors, I will focus on Red River’s inorganic growth strategy and support Jeff in his new role as CEO.”

Sessions joined Red River in 2007 as the company’s first vice president of sales. He most recently served as the company’s president, determining the Red River’s go-to-market strategies and aligning its business divisions to drive innovation, profitability and growth. As CEO, Sessions will continue to lead the company’s transformative approach to helping organizations reimagine the use of technology.

“I am honored and excited to lead Red River in our mission to transform the lives of citizens, soldiers, consumers and employees,” says Sessions. “Rick has been instrumental in Red River’s evolution from a pure reseller to the solutions-led business model we have today. We are grateful for his leadership, and will continue to rely on him for his business and technology acumen, insight and expertise.”

Bolduc has been with Red River since 1995, serving as its only CEO. In his role as executive chairman of the board of directors, Bolduc will build on the company’s recent acquisition of Accunet by focusing his time and talents on opportunities to grow Red River inorganically through the strategic acquisitions of new capabilities and geographies.

Red River, which provides clients within security, networking, analytics, collaboration, mobility and cloud solutions, was among the five fastest growing companies on Business NH Magazine's 2016 list of the Top 100Private Companies in NH.
