The NH MADE board of trustees elected Alice Pearce of North Woodstock as the organization’s new executive director.
In early December, Alice began working alongside outgoing executive director Trish Ballantyne. Pearce served most recently as executive director of NH Granite State Ambassadors and prior to that, for 21 years as president of Ski NH. In recognition of her efforts at Ski NH, Pearce received Ski NH’s Whitney Award for outstanding contribution to the state's ski industry and a commendation from the governor for service and commitment to one of NH’s most important industries.
“I’m looking forward to getting to know our members and working with them and our team to help grow and develop their businesses," Pearce said. "The board and staff are committed and passionate about what we do, and I’m excited to be able to help further develop and enhance NH MADE’s programs and services.”
Pearce is a graduate of Leadership NH and has served on several state and local boards, including the Governor’s Advisory Committee on Travel and Tourism, the NH Travel Council, NH Public Television Board of Governors and the Lincoln-Woodstock School Board.
NH MADE is a nonprofit member organization guided by a mission to strengthen New Hampshire’s economy by increasing the awareness of and demand for New Hampshire made products and services.
