DeStefano & Associates Inc. (DAI) was awarded a contract to build a 110,000-square-foot warehouse addition for Stonewall Kitchen in Dover that will bring the total warehouse size to 265,000 square feet.
In addition, the Portsmouth firm was awarded contracts to design and build of Aroma Joes Coffee facilities in Salem and Hudson. Both projects are underway and due to be opened by July 2022. The Hudson location is a standalone drive thru on Derry Street. The Salem location is a pad site on the existing 97 Shoppes Plaza.
The firm is completing the design and construction of 36 apartments at the former St. Joseph’s School in Haverhill, MA. Occupancy is dated for June 2022. Stephen Fleshman Architects, LLC of Brimfield, MA was the Architect.
DAI and Ryan Senatore Architect have completed the Tontine Mall project in Brunswick, Maine. The project consisted of 16 units on top of the existing Tontine Mall along with the commercial fit up of the Butchers and Bakers on the first level.
The firm has completed the Hammond House Project in Portland. The project consisted of 16 condominiums with underground parking. Ryan Senatore Architect was the architect for this project.
