Benchmark Senior Living Acquires The Arbors of Bedford

Benchmark Senior Living, in partnership with U.S. Healthcare Venture LLC, recently acquired The Arbors of Bedford in Bedford, becoming Benchmark's fifth location in NH and its 55th community in the region. It is also the ninth standalone memory care community in four states that Benchmark operates.

"We've had the privilege of serving New Hampshire for nearly 20 years at our four other communities, and we're especially gratified to add this all-memory-care community to complement the assisted living and memory care services of nearby Bedford Falls, which is typically at full capacity," says Benchmark's Chairman and CEO Tom Grape.

Specializing in caring for individuals with Alzheimer's disease, dementia and other memory impairments,the facility currently has capacity for 87 residents in 54 apartments. In addition to The Arbors of Bedford, Benchmark Senior Living has a myriad of senior living options in NH, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and short-term stays at The Birches at Concord, Greystone Farm at Salem and Benchmark Senior Living at Nashua Crossings.
