MVSB (Meredith Village Savings Bank) promoted James “Jim” Carrigan to regional VP, overseeing the bank’s Portsmouth, Rochester, Alton, Gilford and Laconia branch offices. He joined MVSB in 2017 as branch and business development manager in the Portsmouth office. He was promoted in 2022 to oversee MVSB’s development in the Seacoast region, including Portsmouth and the newly constructed Rochester office.

GreenPages Technology Solutions, a  cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services provider based in Portsmouth, has acquired Arcas Risk Management, a Middleton, Mass.-based cybersecurity, risk advisory, and compliance consulting services firm. Terms were not disclosed and both companies are privately held.

The NH Automobile Dealers Association named Dan Bennett as its new president. He has served in NHADA leadership for the past 15 years, leading strategic efforts around regulations and operations and representing the association at the NH legislature.

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover awarded a $40,000 grant to SOS Recovery Community Organization to assist in expanding access to treatment for substance misuse. SOS Recovery provides peer-assisted recovery support, and wellness plan provisions, for those seeking or new to recovery from substance use disorders. The funds will be used to obtain and distribute supplies needed to support daily living and harm reduction efforts.

The Littleton Food Co-op’s round-up program at the cash register raised $73,075.52 in 2022, which benefitted: the North Country Beekeepers Association, Mt. Eustis Ski Hill, Women’s Rural Entrepreneurial Network (WREN), NH Farm to School, Littleton Area Senior Center, Adaptive Sports Partners of the North Country, Second Chance Animal Rescue, Boy & Girls Club of the North Country, Above the Notch Humane Society, The Colonial Theater, Littleton Co-op Community Fund, local food pantries and The Bancroft House-A Family Sanctuary.

Citizens in Manchester and the NH Union Leader in Manchester recognized NH LAKES as a 2023 Champion in Action in the category of Supporting Environmental Sustainability. Citizens presented NH LAKES, a nonprofit with a mission to restore and preserve the health of NH’s lakes, with $35,000 in unrestricted funding, in addition to promotional and volunteer support. The grant will allow NH LAKES to confront the two biggest threats faced by lakes in NH: invasive plants and animals and polluted runoff water. It will also allow the organization to address the record number of toxic bacteria blooms seen in NH lakes the past three summers.

Granite VNA in Concord hired  Kristin Jordan as the director of hospice. Jordan most recently served as assistant director of nursing for the State of NH Department of Corrections. Prior to working at the state, Jordan held various leadership and front-line nursing roles throughout the Capital and Lakes regions in home care and hospice, as well as outpatient oncology and hematology services.

Shaheen & Gordon promoted Attorney Stephanie Annunziata to partner and hired Attorney Crystal Maldonado. Annunziata is based out of the firm’s Concord office while Maldonado is based out of Manchester. Annunziata joined Shaheen & Gordon in 2016. Her practice is dedicated to navigating families through conflict before the Family and Probate Courts. Annunziata was identified as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2022.  Maldonado has practiced law in NH for over a decade. She also has a focus on family law and has served as an adjunct professor of family law at the University of NH School of Law since 2012.
