In the Spotlight: Bonin Architects & Associates, established in 2008, with offices in New London and Meredith, promoted Architect Jedd Pellerin to Studio Manager. Pellerin is a National Council of Architectural Registration board-certified architect. Also at Bonin, Alex Hanson was promoted to project manager. She was hired in 2019 as an architectural designer. Victoria Shirreffs, hired in January, joins the firm as architectural designer.

Reporter Nate Hegyi joined New Hampshire Public Radio as host and senior producer of Outside/In, a program on the natural world and how we use it. Hegyi most recently worked as a reporter for the Mountain West News Bureau, a consortium of NPR member stations covering the region. His work has appeared regularly on NPR, The Indicator, Kaiser Health News, Here & Now, Marketplace, BBC, and CBC.

NBT Bank hired Talha “Tom” Zia as branch manager of its Keene office. Zia brings more than 10 years of customer service experience, including six years of retail management. He comes to NBT Bank from Key Bank where he served as a branch manager.

The New Hampshire Retail Association named Associate Attorney General Anne Edwards its 2022 Law Enforcement Partner of the Year for going above and beyond to help retailers for leading efforts that removed the risk and responsibility of mask policy enforcement from retail employees.

After a two year hiatus, Pro Portsmouth's Children's Day will return on May 1. The Market Square Day Festival & 10K Road Race will take place in Downtown Portsmouth on Saturday, June 11th.

The NH Department of Environmental Services Coastal Program and Watershed Assistance Section are accepting Critical Flood Risk Infrastructure Grant applications for flood resilience and stormwater management projects located within the state's coastal watershed.
