In the spotlight: Paying homage to Wolfeboro’s historic roots as a farming community, Burnt Timber Brewing & Tavern has released Dimon’s Corner Cider (ABV 5.5%), a semi-dry cider aged on bourbon-soaked oak staves with maple. The cider is the latest in a line of ciders and beers that often reference local scenery.

For its 30th Anniversary, Ledyard National Bank awarded a total of $30,000 to ten local, non-profit organizations who serve the Concord, Lake Sunapee and Upper Valley regions: The Concord Coalition to End Homelessness, Hartford Dismas House, The Friendly Kitchen, Good Neighbor Health Clinic, Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice, LISTEN, NH Children’s Trust, Twin Pines Housing, The Upper Valley Haven and West Central Behavioral Health.

Stebbins Commercial Properties facilitated the sale of a 18,750 SF commercial building at 815 Elm Street, Manchester from SPS 2 Realty Holdings LLC, Manchester to Queen City NK, Manchester. Mike Reed of Stebbins Commercial Properties represented the Seller and assisted the Buyer. According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $1,750,000. Stebbins also facilitated the sale of a 30,000 SF commercial building at 215 Canal Street, Manchester from 215 Canal Street,  to Travis and Kyle York. Mike Reed of Stebbins represented the Seller and Don Eaton of Colliers International represented the Buyer. According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $2,300,000.
