In the spotlight: The NH Department of Revenue Administration (NHDRA) promoted Lisa Crowley to director of the Taxpayer Services Division, the largest division at NHDRA. Crowley joined NHDRA in 2002 as a tax auditor. She led the Revenue Information Management System as its project director, planning and scheduling the project’s timeline and milestones, and managing the development of materials and programs.

Dartmouth-Hitchcock in Lebanon hired Jonathan Lee, DPM and Samuel Kunkel, MD, MS to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Manchester. Lee joins the Podiatry team and Kunkel joins the Orthopaedics team.

NH Mutual Bancorp hired Lena Dionne as assistant VP, loan operations. In this role she will help oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of the loan servicing functions for NHMB sister banks, Merrimack County Savings Bank, Meredith Village Savings Bank and Savings Bank of Walpole. Dionne has more than 25 years of banking experience.

Northeast Delta Dental appointed Jessica Leandri as director, professional relations. Before joining Northeast Delta Dental, Jessica served as Waiver Executive Director, and Waiver Program Director consecutively, responsible for oversight of the waiver management program at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.

Mascoma Bank in Lebanon and its Community Development Lending Group has provided Federal Historic Tax Credit bridge and construction funding for the rehabilitation of the historic Monadnock Mills building in downtown Claremont. Working in tandem with Claremont Savings Bank, the nearly 54,000 square foot project, which is being managed by Chinburg Properties, will revitalize a key part of the city’s historic downtown district, bringing more than 80 units of housing online.
