In the Spotlight: Prolman Realty in Nashua facilitated the sale of the historic Riverside building, a 3,750-square-foot building situated on the Nashua River. Part of the city's Riverwalk expansion, the building will house a restaurant. The buyer, Diastole Holdings, LLC. The sale price was $735,000 according to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds.

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the financing for the acquisition of Evolve at Rye, a 40-apartment mind and memory care community. The Cushman & Wakefield National Senior Housing Capital Markets team secured financing on behalf of Benchmark Senior Living, a provider of senior living services in the Northeast. Harbor One, a New England regional bank, is funding the acquisition.

North Branch Construction in Concord hired Robert McNulty and Dylan Register as project superintendents. McNulty has more than 30 years of construction industry experience. Register has more than 10 years’ experience. Safety Specialist Don Carter, recently completed requirements for a Board of Certified Safety Professionals certification to be named an associate safety professional. He has worked with North Branch Construction since 2014.

HRCU in Rochester donated $2,500 to Community Partners to support the Dover Mental Health Alliance, a collaboration to educate the community about mental health, mental illness and suicide prevention.

The Newburyport Bank Charitable Foundation donated $2,500 to the Seacoast Charter School in support of the school’s Literacy Intervention Program, an initiative designed to offset academic gaps created by COVID-19.

Meredith Village Savings Bank is hosting its annual Mitten Tree drive and will contribute $2 to local foodbanks for warm weather accessories donated by local community members. Each branch will have a drop off box for new handmade or store-bought mittens, hats, gloves and scarves.

Lawrence Vogelman of Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. in Dover was named a 2020 John Adams Award Honoree by the Military Religious Freedom Foundation. He is representing NH veterans James Chamberlain and Sandra Bell in a lawsuit asking for the removal of a bible on display at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Manchester.
