In the Spotlight : Kevin J. Rasch has joined Harvard Pilgrim Health Care as VP of government affairs and programs. With more than 20 years of experience, Rasch will be responsible for management of Harvard Pilgrim’s state and federal government affairs and lobbying efforts as well as leading Harvard Pilgrim’s participation in the public exchanges under the Affordable Care Act.

Loon Mountain Resort in Lincoln opened the highest disc golf course in NH. The 18-hole course starts at the 2,733-foot summit of Loon Peak and offers players breathtaking views of NH’s highest peaks as they follow the mostly-downhill course to the mountain’s base.

American Independence Museum in Exeter has received $10,000 grant from the Fullwood Foundation to purchase and incorporate mechanical physical interactives into three of its eight exhibit rooms.

Hannah Dempsey, marketing specialist at the Manchester Radio Group, has successfully met the requirements to earn the designation of Radio Marketing Professional as certified by the Radio Advertising Bureau. The designation is the first step in a comprehensive, multi-level training and certification program.

The Children’s Museum of NH hired Julia Kirchmer as curator for the Museum's Gallery 6. Previously, she was the program director for Gallery 263, in Cambridge, MA. She is also an independent curator who has organized exhibitions across New England and New York City.

Sondra Collins has recently joined the Satellite Agency Network Group, Inc. as commercial lines placement specialist for its AccessPlus department. Collins is responsible for the placement of new commercial lines accounts on behalf of SAN member agencies.
